Join the Team
We’re always on the lookout for dependable people who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and take pride in doing things right. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and you show up ready to help the team — you’ll fit right in here.
Class 1 Driver
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable driver with a Class 1 license to join the crew. This role isn’t just about getting from A to B — you’ll be hauling materials to and from job sites, loading trucks, and helping out on the ground when needed.
If you’re a safe driver, know how to handle heavy equipment, and aren’t afraid to lend a hand, we’d like to hear from you.
Excavator | Equipment Operator
Got experience running big machines? We’re hiring an operator who knows their way around an excavator — and maybe a loader, skid steer, or dozer, too. We need someone who can handle a site with care and confidence, and who’s not afraid to jump in and help the team get it done.
If you’ve got a steady hand and a strong work ethic, you’ll fit right in.
General Labourer (2)
We’re looking for hard-working, dependable labourers to help with all kinds of excavation projects — from prepping sites and moving material to supporting our operators on the ground.
It’s physical work, but if you’ve got a good attitude, don’t mind getting dirty, and show up on time ready to go, this could be a great fit. There’s room to grow if you’re keen to learn.
Don’t see the right position listed? That’s okay — we’re always open to hearing from good people.
